Our mission is to analyze customers' genetic information and provide valuable insights that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health.As a highly motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive sales growth, conduct outreach, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.Prioritize leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive engagement and consistent follow-ups.Deliver compelling sales meetings and presentations using our training materials to explain products and services.Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication in English.Present professionally on video calls, ensuring an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor.Develop confidence in discussing genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward.Build relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Peru.Requirements:Proven sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries.A relevant educational background in Biology/Medical fields is advantageous.Strong organizational skills: track discussions, manage follow-ups, prioritize effectively.Familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions (AI, SaaS, or digital platforms) is strongly preferred.Advanced English proficiency: clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently (accent acceptable if communication is clear).
