What can you expect from the role? - Lead Fuel for Growth Agenda, acting as Finance Lead for our Home Care Americas Business - Bring thought leadership, innovative initiatives and build an effective and well-connected network within the Business Group - Support on going performance efforts for the Home Care across the wider business - Drive NRM performance management - Support Home Care NRM team in ambition setting and performance management - Lead and support projects and initiatives in TTI to minimize drift and drive efficiencies - Provide insights and actionable analytics in NRM performance across markets and cells - Support Squads with certain markets turnarounds plans and deep dives - Collaborate and lead cross team projects - Lead, support and participate in various initiatives to build Home Care Finance’s thriving culture in areas of wellbeing, learning, connectivity, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and high business impact areas.
