The work of the Global Programme on Nature for Development contributes to UNDP's Strategic Plan by charting sustainable development pathways through the conservation, restoration and sustainable management of biodiversity and ecosystems; and by promotinginclusive and effective democratic governance in the area of natural resources.Role Purpose Under the supervision of the Senior Technical Manager, the Capacity Building Specialist E Learning will support the planning, coordination, and oversight of e learning and capacity building initiatives under the Global Programme on Nature for Development. The role focuses on ensuring the strategic alignment, quality, and effectiveness of digital learning products and capacity development activities delivered through external service providers and partners.The incumbent will advise programme teams on learning approaches, oversee vendor delivered outputs, support monitoring of learning outcomes, and contribute to strengthening the governance and consistency of capacity building efforts across the programme.
