Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pega Decision Developer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial transformation initiative, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega strategies across various digital channels.
Your primary focus will be on executing and maintaining Pega strategies for Commercial Transformation channels, including OneApp, Web, Push Notification, and Telemarketing. You will also configure script HTML for Pega strategies with Price Items, set up A/B testing for new strategies, and run simulations of digital channels to provide valuable input to the commercial team.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will create technical designs, conduct Pega code reviews, and provide support and troubleshooting for Pega strategies in production within the Digital Ecosystem. You will also participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
