Financial Planning Role
The core of our financial planning process is forecasting and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to join our finance team as a Financial Planning Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing key insights that enable the company to make informed business choices.
Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and analyze complex financial models including forecasting revenue growth, expenses, labor costs etc.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success Teams to ensure alignment on budgeting assumptions & forecasts.
* Analyze historical data trends & market conditions using industry-standard BI tools (like Sigma).
* Identify areas where improvement can be made within current processes. Collaborate with the broader team in implementing these improvements.
The role also entails working closely with other departments such as HR Finance Business Partner - who manages salary structures that directly affect our Labor spend as part of this responsibility you would have visibility into labor movements across various regions/departments..
