Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee project delivery for key customers across all technological tracks.
2. Guide and lead teams across technologies, leveraging diverse skill sets.
3. Conduct regular Service/Project Review meetings with Customer and Management.
4. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills, enabling effective engagement with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. Proven experience in software development project management is essential, preferably in an onshore/Nearshore/offshore model. Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL) is highly valued.
