About the Role:
* Main point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Act as trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on optimizing their business operations and promotional strategies.
3. Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management with a proven track record of success.
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese highly desirable.
* Native or resident status in a LATAM market, with knowledge of local business practices and culture.
