* Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks, including application reengineering and consolidations.
* Effective cross-functional leadership, comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
* Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
* Skilled in risk, budget, and timeline management.
