Key Responsibilities:
 1. Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 2. Map, analyze, and optimize business processes identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
 3. Design and configure solutions collaboratively with IT and stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
 4. Analyze and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
 5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate learning sessions ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.
 6. Collaborate effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users ensuring requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
