Operations Insight Manager
Job Overview: As an Operations Insight Manager, you will drive business outcomes using data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency metrics.
* Design, implement, and report on data analytics throughout our receiving, authentication, launch and outbound flow.
* Provide critical product health measurements and reporting to support the business on a daily basis.
* Communicate strategic product insights to business partner teams and leadership.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English
* Minimum 5 years of analytics experience
* Expert in SQL querying
* Proven experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc.
* Strong ability to translate between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions
* Track record of delivering time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of findings
* Able to thrive in environments with ambiguity
