**O que este cargo envolve:**Executar atividades de operação e manutenção em sistemas de climatização e refrigeração, garantindo o funcionamento seguro, eficiente e contínuo das instalações.
Atua de forma preventiva, corretiva e preditiva, além de acompanhar serviços técnicos especializados.
**Como será seu dia a dia:**Realizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em sistemas de ar-condicionado (chillers a ar e água, fan coil, self, VRF e torres de resfriamento)Operar a Central de Água Gelada (CAG), incluindo partida e parada de chillers e bombasExecutar rondas técnicas, medições de pressão, temperatura e vazãoRealizar soldas em tubulação de cobre, substituição de carga de gás e utilização de bomba de vácuoEfetuar pequenos ajustes de balanceamento de dutos e operação de VAVsAcompanhar tecnicamente prestadores de serviços especializadosRegistrar atividades e materiais utilizados em sistema WEBAssegurar o cumprimento do PMOC e das normas técnicas vigentes**Qualificações Obrigatórias:**Ensino médio completoCurso Técnico em Mecânica de Ar-Condicionado, Refrigeração ou áreas correlatasExperiência em manutenção e operação de chillers a ar e água**Qualificações Desejáveis:**Experiência em ambientes industriais ou corporativosConhecimento em ETAs e ETEsNoções de hidráulica e resistência dos materiaisExperiência com sistemas informatizados de manutençãoConhecimento básico em inspeção de vibração**Localização**: Presencial – Uberaba/MG**Turno de Trabalho**: SEGUNDA A SEXTA DAS 8:00 AS 17:48*A JLL tem uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
