About the team:

What you will do:
* Provide exceptional support to our final users on their requestsand/or issues;
* Run Onboarding / Offboarding processes;
* Update equipment inventory;
* Send/receive equipment to/from repair;
* Send/receive equipment to/from users;
* Grant/revoke access;
* Manage Office Network;
* Basic development;
* Automate existing manual processes;
* Administer Corporate Systems;
* Manage internal processes
Who you are:
* Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related knowledge areas;
* Experience in activities on IT/infrastructure support;
* Fluent English;
* Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS;
* MDM knowledge – JAMF Preferable;
* IAM / SSO knowledge – Okta Preferable;
* Experience with Google Workspace;
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of computer Network basic configuration;
* Experience with Microsoft Windows environment;
* Experience with Email server management
