Job Position:
We are seeking an accomplished IT Support Specialist to join our global team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance and ensuring seamless IT operations.
You will act as the primary point of contact for incident resolution and service requests, providing both Service Desk (Level 1) and Deskside (Level 2) support.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various software applications and hardware components, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
