International Sales Team Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team and contribute to business development activities in the public sector.
Job Responsibilities
* Assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals across different countries
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Language Proficiency
Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
Technical Skills
Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
Personal Qualities
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector will be seen as a plus
