About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will be the key contact point for local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.
This role supports our customers in Frankfurt, Germany, working on a common project with part of the team based in India.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine sessions needed to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation requests.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
* Follow adherence to workflow and processes using a CRM tool.
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must.
* Team player.
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
