Job Title: Recruitment Support Specialist
As a key member of the hiring team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the internal offer process. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding Hiring Managers, HR teams, and Compensation specialists on compensation and offer compliance.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate differences in offer content across professions and countries. Additionally, they will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling them to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A higher education degree or currently enrolled
* At least two years of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service
Beyond the essential qualifications, we are seeking individuals with:
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
* Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of follow-through
Responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a liaison for complex offer processes
* Collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR, and Compensation teams to inform hiring decisions, compensation strategies, and offer preparation
* Calculating and presenting offers to candidates globally, adhering to regulatory standards and corporate guidelines
* Utilizing ATS systems to maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, ensuring adherence to legal and corporate requirements
* Providing exceptional candidate and client experiences
* Responding promptly to high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment
