Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent grad or early-career designer to join our team as a UI/UX Designer. You'll have the chance to work on real product projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to the growth and development of our product.
What you'll be doing
* Designing user interfaces for our products using Figma
* Creating wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs
* Working closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life
* Improving usability and user experience based on real feedback
* Learng fast and contributing from day one
Who this is for
* You've already graduated and have some experience (freelance, bootcamp, agency, or startup)
* You're eager to grow, open to feedback, and excited to work with senior leaders
* You have a portfolio that shows solid design thinking
* You're comfortable with Figma or can learn it quickly
* You want to work in a collaborative, remote-first team that values simplicity, autonomy, and great design
Requirements
* Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential
* Know how to use Figma confidently
* Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
* Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve
* Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work
