We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support our global business partners in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong technical expertise, and effective communication abilities.
Key responsibilities of the role include reviewing and approving financial analyses submitted by various teams across the region, developing and enhancing financial modeling and reporting tools, and tracking and managing financial assumptions for project valuation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial models and databases, as well as providing ad hoc analysis, data sourcing, research, and presentations to support the team.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field, with intermediate to strong understanding of valuation, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
A background in M&A, capital markets, equity research, or FP&A is an asset, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly VBA and Power BI. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Spanish proficiency is desirable.
This hybrid work model offers flexibility, with three days spent in the office and two days working from home.
