We are looking for Sales Systems Enablement Manager who will be responsible for Sales Enablement for the company on a regional scale.

Main responsibilities: Ensure sales cycle: making sure sales cycle is fully enabled from infrastructure (CRM) and end-to-end process perspective.
With all new business models being considered in the processes/systems and local sales forces are enabled to fulfill them.ENT pipeline hygiene: making sure ENT pipeline health parameters are within the given range.
Permanent control and interaction with regional sales teams.Maintain Kaspersky S&M policies and procedures within CRM systems (e.g.
discount approvals, promotions approvals, licensing guidelines etc.)
and control execution on sales side.Maintain CRM trainings to ensure all newcomers are onboarded, all new functionalities are adopted in a timely manner.Run regular webinars about CRM changes and new features.Assist regional sales and marketing reps in CRM related problems/questions resolution, operational reporting creation.Participate in Sales/Marketing process improvement activities: collecting feedback from regional representatives, analysis of this feedback, making proposals on improvements.Perform regular maintenance in CRM: approval processes, territory management, reviewing and cleaning-up existing reports/dashboards usage, managing users' pages layouts. Main requirements: Degree in the field of IT or Management.
1 year of minimum experience at Salesforce.com or any other CRM consultant.Sales process understanding (direct/indirect).Salesforce.com basic administration:Access and visibility rights Approval processesTerritory managementKnowledge and chatterUser managementExperience in working in highly matrix environment.Experience in working in multi-cultural environment.Experience in working with virtual teams.Negotiation skills.Basic business analyst skills.Fluent English.
