Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our executive team in high-impact searches across Technology and Financial Services.
About the Role
This position combines deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select senior-level roles. You will help build a robust talent pipeline that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Research & Sourcing (60%): Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches, conduct structured research, market mapping using various tools, source and screen applicants, and lead candidate scoring and initial assessment.
* End-to-End Recruiting (30%): Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation, prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates, support client communications and progress check-ins, and coordinate interviews and every step of the hiring process.
* Business Development Support (10%): Research companies, markets, and potential clients, build prospect lists and market intelligence for executive leaders, and bring new ideas and initiatives for the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3–7+ years of experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or related fields.
* Experience in Tech or Financial Services is highly valued.
* Advanced English language proficiency with Native Portuguese is mandatory. Spanish is a strong asset.
* Analytical thinker with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, and strong ownership mindset.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Remote work arrangement preferred, with a preference for São Paulo, SP.
