Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Review courses at all stages to ensure accuracy, clarity, engagement, and pedagogical alignment.
2. Ensure content design is grounded in evidence-based learning science and instructional strategies.
3. Collaborate with editors, animators, designers, and the Creative Director to improve pacing, flow, and visual engagement.
4. Identify and address content gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies, always considering how pedagogical connections can be strengthened for students.
