Technical Expertise

* Use industry-standard tools such as Chrome Developer Tools and Postman to analyze web applications and debug front-end issues.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of customer success methodologies and has experience working with tools like Salesforce. Proficiency in general computing, internet research, and communication is required. A degree in Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in customer support and enterprise systems is mandatory.
