Lead marketing manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads and supporting pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine customer profiles, execute account-based marketing programs, and foster collaboration across functions. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning in the competitive landscape.

Accountabilities
* Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales and product marketing.
* Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel lead generation programs across various platforms.
* Support and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives aligned with key segments.
* Collaborate closely with sales to synchronize marketing campaigns with outbound efforts.
* Own campaign strategy from concept through execution and performance reporting.
* Create and manage diverse campaign content tailored to target audiences.
* Provide guidance on audience segmentation and creative direction to maximize engagement.
* Partner with design teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
* Support competitive displacement and growth initiatives through targeted campaigns.
* Plan and execute webinars and events as part of lead generation strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance, using data to optimize outcomes.
* Collaborate with marketing operations to enhance automation workflows.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles.
* Experience in supporting or executing ICP-based targeting and ABM programs.
* Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and execution.
* Excellent writing skills with experience in content creation across channels.
* Ability to transform insights into results-driven campaigns.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.
* Experience collaborating with sales, marketing operations, and creative teams.

* Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $122,000 annually.
