Insight Global is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Governance Consultant to support a Life Sciences company’s Enterprise Quality organization. This role partners closely with the Director of Enterprise Quality Business Excellence & Value Realization, operating at the intersection of portfolio governance, financial oversight, and digital enablement
The consultant will play a key role in driving project and portfolio management (PPM) processes, ensuring that enterprise quality initiatives are supported by strong governance frameworks, actionable reporting, and scalable tools. This is a hands-on PMO role focused on managing processes, enabling teams, and improving visibility across a complex portfolio of digital and quality-driven initiative
s.
Required Qualificati
- ons3–7+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio governance, or project coordination roles – preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environme
- ntsStrong understanding of project management fundamentals, including stage gate processes, business case development, and ROI analy
