Content will include step-by-step documentation, video tutorials, and embedded in-app learning resources.The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative — capable of working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure training materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer needs.This role directly supports customer adoption, user enablement, and long-term retention.Ideal Candidate Profile- 3–6+ years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, or SaaS training content creation- Experience creating both written documentation and video tutorials- Strong ability to translate technical product features into user-friendly materials- Experience supporting SaaS product releases- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience- Familiarity with knowledge base or help desk platforms- Experience embedding or structuring in-app training resources preferredPreferred Experience- Experience within healthcare or other regulated SaaS environments- Experience supporting product adoption initiatives- Familiarity with user enablement or digital adoption strategies- Experience working in fast-paced, release-driven environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesTraining Content Development- Develop clear, structured training materials for new feature releases and product updates- Create step-by-step documentation, user guides, and process walkthroughs- Produce video tutorials and screen-recorded demonstrations- Maintain consistent instructional design standards across all materialsProduct Release Collaboration- Partner with Product and internal stakeholders during the feature release lifecycle- Translate technical functionality into user-friendly instructional content- Document workflows, use cases, and feature capabilities- Track release timelines to ensure training materials are delivered in sync with launchContent Maintenance & Optimization- Audit and update existing training materials as product functionality evolves- Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency- Identify content gaps impacting user adoption- Improve clarity and accessibility of user-facing materialsPlatform & Knowledge Base Integration- Prepare content for embedding within the application and support platform- Organize materials for easy user navigation and searchability- Support continuous improvement of knowledge base structureAdoption & Enablement Support- Create content that drives end-user adoption of key modules and features- Develop materials aligned to different user personas- Monitor feedback from Customer Success and Support teams to refine training assets
