- Position : SAP SDS Back Office – EOS Technical Expert

- Execute and support SAP operational service activities

- Handle incidents, escalations, and troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate with global delivery and technical teams
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

- Experience in SAP Technical Operations / SAP Basis
- Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills
- Knowledge of incident & problem management processes
- Experience in EOS / Managed Services environments
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
