Cadence is a language services firm that specializes in due diligence. We are a remote-first company with staff located across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage multiple projects daily, from short calls to multi-week projects.
Your main responsibilities will be centered around three core areas: project management, client communication, and ad-hoc recruitment of specialized language professionals.
We cover both remote and on-site projects.
The Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring clients' interpretation needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Here's how you will interact with a project:
Scoping
* You will communicate with clients via email or phone about their requirements
* You will work with colleagues to ensure the client's expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met
* You will identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project
Matchmaking
* Your primary responsibility is to identify the best linguist in our community for the client's objective
* You will need to present that linguist's experience in a relevant way for the project
* You will need to constantly evaluate profitability and client satisfaction
Executing
* You will need to synchronize expectations between client(s) and linguist(s)
* You may need to facilitate calls to ensure they begin successfully
* You will need to speak with clients after projects to ensure they are satisfied
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: A related field degree is required
Language Skills: Fluency in English is necessary. Fluency in an additional language is an advantage.
Software Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is beneficial
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required
Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments is necessary
Motivation: Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
Working Hours & Location
This is a fully-remote role where you can work from home (WFH)
You will work either APAC, AMER or EMEA business hours, but wherever possible, it will be your local region
Weekends and overnights shifts are available with a commensurate increase in compensation
