Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX / Product Design Lead for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role is responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and effective digital experiences. The candidate will provide leadership on projects to ensure success for both the project and the users by taking a broad view of the problem space, identifying root causes, and working actively with business groups to resolve issues. Collaboration with product owners, user research teams, and developers is essential to problem solve through design exploration, ideation, and user validation.

They serve over 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million policies across all 50 states, through over 48,000 agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Responsibilities
1. Understand client needs and create attractive, user-centered products.
2. Collaborate closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to plan product releases, considering budget constraints and financial guidelines.
3. Create prototypes before finalizing products.
4. Refine designs based on feedback and testing.
Requirements
* 7-9 years of experience in digital product design.
* Experience with complex digital products required.
* An online portfolio demonstrating recent work with a strong sense of design clarity is mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
