Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Linux, cloud, and network infrastructure
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Linux system administration and cloud computing
* Strong knowledge of Linux, cloud, and network infrastructure
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
