Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Talent Team as a Senior Talent Partner / Co-Founder. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture. Commitment: Minimum of 8-16 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needs. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance. Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment. Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Job Qualifications 5 years in global talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally in startups or FinTech. Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
