Senior Web Development Team Lead
This position requires a seasoned web developer & team lead who has overseen the technical execution of high-impact marketing campaigns with significant budgets.
The successful candidate will lead a team of two web developers, overseeing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exacting standards required for complex marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional web development experience
* Direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with substantial budgets
* Portfolio demonstrating high-converting webpages you've personally built and deployed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
* Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and tools
* Knowledge of SQL for custom reporting and data analysis
