This role entails hands-on tasks such as designing on-call plans, incident management, configuration tracking. It also includes creating SOPs/troubleshooting guides, training engineers and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular status calls.
The position requires strong communication skills in English, as well as experience with ITSM practices/cloud/distributed systems/data platforms. Prior experience in similar roles/remote work environments is preferred.
