Remote Sales and Business Development Representative


We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Sales and Business Development Representative.


This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects and close deals.



Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.

* Research and identify potential clients and industries to target.

* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

* Represent firm as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.

* Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.




Qualifications:



* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.

* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

* Remote work experience with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.

* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and pipelines.

* Existing network of potential clients is a plus.
