Job Title: Chief Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee and execute software development projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our project management team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with product teams;
* Implement Agile methodologies to coordinate teams and facilitate meetings;
* Prepare and communicate technical documentation to stakeholders at all levels;
* IDentify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination and management roles, preferably in technology or software development;
* Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools;
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements;
* Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent;
* A college degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar);
* Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zones;
