We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships, understanding their business objectives and expectations. You will be responsible for evaluating client business requirements, guiding them on utilizing standard solutions, and presenting technical specifications internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluate client business requirements, effort estimation, and guide them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
