We're seeking an experienced professional to deliver operational excellence through technology-driven solutions, industry expertise, and exceptional service quality.
* Train and assist clients in the requisition life cycle.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure program success.
Utilize and provide training on MSP tools and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
