Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive growth in LATAM. As a sales leader, you will leverage your expertise to penetrate new markets and expand our presence in the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Foster senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors across LATAM.
* Territory Planning: Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Product Advocacy: Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect market share.
* Performance Management: Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Industry Representation: Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Customer Support: Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Regulatory Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
