Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Growth Lead focused on building and scaling IPM’s outbound and partner-led revenue engine. You will own B2B outreach end-to-end, from identifying the right accounts to initiating conversations and moving qualified opportunities into structured sales discussions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and works closely with leadership to continuously refine how we go to market.
Key Responsibilities
* Own B2B outreach end-to-end across email, LinkedIn, and partner-led channels
* Research and identify high-fit accounts, organisations, and decision-makers
* Craft thoughtful, personalised outreach messages that start meaningful conversations
* Initiate and manage early-stage conversations with prospects and partners
* Qualify opportunities and progress them into structured sales discussions with the wider sales team
* Collaborate closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy
* Track outreach activity, responses, and outcomes, using data to improve conversion and effectiveness over time
What We’re Looking For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalise outreach and build rapport
* Proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or early-stage sales conversations
* Comfort researching accounts and navigating decision-maker conversations
* A structured, organised approach to tracking outreach and follow-ups (CRM familiarity preferred)
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience working with corporate clients, partnerships, or professional services is a plus
* Exposure to education, training, or professional certification environments is helpful but not required
