Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Promote a culture of risk awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
* Margin-Account Risk Oversight:
* Establish and maintain robust risk policies for margin lending and virtual asset collateral, including maximum LTV ratios and haircut methodologies.
* Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate breaches or deviations to senior management and the Board with clear remediation plans.
* Foster collaboration between risk management, compliance, finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure effective risk oversight.
* Engage with internal/external auditors, regulatory bodies, and governance committees on matters related to risk management, capital adequacy, and prudential standards.
