The Transformation Training Lead drives the development and execution of global initiative and site-level training strategies that enable successful implementation, adoption, and sustainment of digital transformation initiatives including accountability for execution. This role ensures that employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to leverage new technologies, processes, and ways of working beginning with manufacturing and supply chain functions.

YOU HAVE

Fluent English
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, instructional design, organizational effectiveness, human resources or related fields required, Masters preferred
Solid experience designing and leading training for large-scale transformation, digital, enterprise system or business change initiatives
Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environments is strongly preferred
Proven success creating scalable learning programs that support both global and site-level audiences
Expertise in instructional design and digital learning methodologies
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and content versioning platforms such as SharePoint
Familiarity with digital twin, simulation technology concepts, preferred
Familiarity with transformation domains such as advanced analytics, automation, connected worker, and industrial data ecosystems
Willingness and ability to travel domestically within Brazil upon notice and to travel internationally to the U.S. and European countries with advance planning, approximately 30% of the time, as required
Driver's License – Type B minimum, required

YOU WILL
Transformation Training Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement training and enablement strategies that supports the full transformation initiative lifecycle from implementation to sustainment, while recognizing the unique needs of regions or individual sites and ensuring that strategies are translated into executable training plans align with mill leaders including mill and regional learning leaders
Collaborate with program management, initiative and change leaders to align training objectives with business outcomes, system capabilities, and user needs
Collaborate and govern key vendors to develop and deliver high quality training aligned to their technology delivery scope
Conduct training needs analyses to determine target audiences, learning objectives, and competency requirements across initiatives
Create a unified training roadmap to coordinate timing, content, and delivery across multiple digital transformation programs aligning the roadmap with mill leadership including regional / mill learning leaders
Ensure continuous alignment with enterprise, regional and mill human resources teams, communications and change management in relation to training integrations
Work through regional and mill learning leaders to build location training plans that define delivery approach, sequencing, timing, and ownership
Partner with regional and mill learning leaders to plan training resourcing, including trainers, subject matter experts, vendor support, and train‑the‑trainer capacity

Training Design & Development

Drive the collaboration with program management and technical experts to design, develop, and deploy effective and engaging learning programs, including e-learning, instructor‑led (virtual and in‑person), blended learning, and just‑in‑time microlearning content
Consider technology, simulation, e‑learning platform enablement throughout training program designs
Develop standardized toolkits and templates—such as job aids, quick reference guides, user manuals, and video tutorials—to ensure consistency across transformation initiatives and enable effective local execution by mill trainers, as needed
Integrate learning best practices grounded in adult learning theory, accessibility standards, and digital adoption principles.
Build and maintain a comprehensive transformation training repository to centralize materials, track updates, and ensure long‑term sustainability

Implementation & Sustain

Support technical experts, functional leaders, and initiative teams to deliver training pre‑go‑live, during implementation and throughout the sustain stage by executing the demands.
Establish best practices for “Train‑the‑Trainer” programs to develop local capability and promote ownership within mills and functions
Coordinate with change management teams to align training with communication and engagement efforts
Develop sustainment plans that include refreshers, onboarding integration, and documentation updates as systems and processes evolve and support mills in embedding training into ongoing operational training processes
Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback loops, performance metrics, and user adoption insights into future training iterations
Provide hands‑on support and execution to regional and mill learning leaders during training execution, go‑live, and stabilization phases

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and adoption outcomes in collaboration with program management and regional and mill learning leaders
Analyze training participation and feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure business impact
Continuously evolve training delivery methods and technologies to meet changing business needs and digital maturity
