Digital Customer Engagement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Manager to lead our digital customer engagement initiatives from conception to delivery. This role requires a strong technical background in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, as well as excellent technical skills in SAP Basis activities, infrastructure updates, and cloud solution implementations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure operations, network interfaces, and Load Balancer topics.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
