IT Expert – Digital Investment ClimateNTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment.The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth .We are creating a pool of IT Experts – Digital Investment Climate for this project. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities- Support digitalisation of business and regulatory environments- Advise on e-government systems and digital investment tools- Contribute to ICT-related policy and regulatory reforms- Support implementation of digital solutions linked to investments- Prepare analytical reports and technical recommendationsRequirements:Education- Master’s degree in IT, digital systems, economics, or related fieldGeneral Professional Experience- Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governmentsSpecific Professional Experience- Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Information Technology / digital systemsDevelopment Cooperation Experience- Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projectsLanguages- English (C1 mandatory)- Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
