As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Blockchain Payments Coordinator to support and optimize our crypto payment processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the core of digital asset operations and contribute to the evolution of next-generation financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily blockchain payment operations, including transaction processing, monitoring, and tracking.
* Assist in managing crypto wallets, ensuring accuracy in transfers and balances.
* Support reconciliation of transactions across wallets, exchanges, and internal systems.
* Monitor payment flows and identify discrepancies or operational issues.
* Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare operational reports.
* Assist in managing relationships with payment providers, exchanges, and blockchain partners.
* Stay updated on blockchain trends, tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in crypto, blockchain operations, fintech, or payments coordination.
* Basic understanding of blockchain networks, wallets, and cryptocurrency transactions.
* Familiarity with stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC) and crypto exchanges is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Good communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
