Client Growth Specialist
The Client Growth Specialist will be responsible for owning relationships with agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
* Daily Client Communication:
1. Be the main point of contact for each clinic client.
2. Communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed before they have to ask.
3. Provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
4. Build trust through responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency.
* Client Onboarding:
1. Lead new clients through setup: ensuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured.
2. Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what strong performance looks like.
3. Ensure a smooth and confident start to each new client relationship.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns:
1. Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like cost per lead, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
2. Identify drops or issues early (e.g., decreased campaign engagement).
3. Develop strategies to address these concerns, optimize campaign settings, and enhance overall performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Ads and GoHighLevel are essential for this role.
