The Agent Communication, Engagement, and Events Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective communication and engagement strategies to support agent partners globally. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with education agents, enhancing their experience, and driving active participation to help achieve enrollment targets for Avila University Arizona.This role will work closely with GUS North America’s regional recruitment teams and support the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events across various markets, ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging experience for our agent partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Communication and EngagementDevelop and distribute timely, accurate, and engaging communications to education agents, including newsletters, campaign updates, and performance insights.Coordinate agent feedback collection and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and concerns.Create compelling content that highlights AUA’s unique value propositions and drives agent interest and commitment.Maintain up-to-date CRM records of agent interactions, feedback, and engagement levels.Event Planning and ExecutionPlan, schedule, and execute a robust calendar of virtual webinars, training sessions, and information sessions for global agent partners.Coordinate logistics and support for in-person recruitment events, offshore missions, and market visits led by Regional Directors.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of events and impactful engagement activities.Track event participation, gather feedback, and analyze success metrics to refine future initiatives.Collaboration and SupportWork closely with GUS NA Regional Directors to implement regional engagement strategies and enhance agent relationships.Liaise with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and materials.Assist in the creation of presentations, promotional content, and engagement toolkits to support regional activities.
