TikTok is a platform rooted in creativity and has played a critical role in enabling positive creative expression with our global community of users & creators. At TikTok, product marketing is responsible for telling our product story to the world and representing our local user needs and insights back to the business. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager that will sit across all TikTok product verticals, liaising with our global team and regional marketing teams, and execute local and region-specific plans. This role will facilitate and lead product marketing campaigns and product integrations across Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina and other South American countries, while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across functions to reflect local user needs and insights.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute measurable, multi-channel go-to-market campaigns for product launches & integrations across priority verticals, working closely alongside country marketing managers
- Manage localisation of global launch materials and product marketing assets
- Be the voice of the Latin American region, landscape and users to the global org and product teams
- Work with our research and insights teams to deliver local audience & competitive insights to be used in product decision making and marketing planning
- Work cross-functionally to improve the visibility of product marketing and product & user insights; developing a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams.
- Drive visibility and understanding of global product roadmap and marketing priorities among local marketing and cross-functional teams
- Supporting large-scale brand campaigns and partnerships with product insights and seamless product integrations
Who You Are
- 6+ years of product-focused marketing experience, ideally on consumer tech products
- Deep consumer knowledge of TikTok products and the competitive landscape in LatAm
- Understanding of user needs in Latin America including socio, economic, and cultural nuances and considerations
- Excellent organization, written & oral communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Passionate about TikTok and our mission
- You have a high level of integrity as well as interpersonal skills as you often act as the "glue" between internal departments
- You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences
