About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth initiatives by establishing meaningful connections with key decision-makers at high-growth companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing proactive outreach campaigns across multiple channels, generating quality opportunities for our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
* Pursue top-tier talent in Technology, Product Management, and Executive Search through strategic cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
* Research and segment leads using industry-leading tools, including ZoomInfo, Crelate, and LinkedIn Premium.
* Owning the top of the funnel for all outbound activity, execute daily targeted communications and track pipeline progress.
* Partner closely with our leadership team to ensure meeting quality and client alignment.
* Iterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data.
Requirements:
* 2–5+ years of SDR experience in B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environments.
* Proven success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients.
* Mastery of sales engagement tools and techniques.
* Strong understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search.
* Confident, curious, and motivated by breaking into new accounts.
* Comfortable with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
