Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist our customers in resolving technical issues related to SAP ERP as part of our Technical Support organization. You will work closely with developers and customer teams to facilitate complex problem resolution, analyze and resolve customer incidents using knowledge databases and verification of software customizing entries and hardware parameters, report errors and identify possible resolutions to development support, and contribute to maintaining the technical knowledge database.
Some key tasks include:
* Resolving customer incidents by leveraging knowledge databases and software customization entries.
* Collaborating with developers and customer teams to facilitate complex problem resolution.
* Developing expertise in SAP technology and becoming a trusted advisor within the SAP community.
* Providing consultation services to customers on procedural matters and queries.
* Sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues and advocating for our global engineering community.
