In this role, you will build and deliver cloud-native applications while actively using AI tools and integrating AI capabilities into products.This is not a junior position. We are looking for engineers who take ownership, think critically, and deliver real impact.What You Will Do- Develop scalable applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core and Blazor- Build cloud-based solutions on Azure- Design and optimize APIs and database structures- Use AI tools to improve development speed and quality- Build and integrate AI-powered features into productsWhat We Are Looking For- 4+ years of professional C# / .NET development experience- Strong ASP.NET Core fundamentals — Web API, middleware, dependency injection, minimal APIs- Blazor experience (WebAssembly and/or Server) — production experience preferred- Azure services: App Service, Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or similar- Entity Framework Core — schema design, migrations, query optimization, and knowing when NOT to use the ORM- SQL proficiency: query writing, indexing, and diagnosing performance issues- Solid REST API design and consumption patterns- Git-based workflows: branching strategies, PR culture, code reviewTesting (Emphasized)- Strong experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing- Hands-on experience with tools such as xUnit or NUnit and mocking libraries- Experience with integration testing approaches such as TestServer or similar- Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools such as Playwright is a plus- Ability to design meaningful test scenarios and prioritize quality over coverage metricsAI-Assisted Development- Active use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar in daily work- Strong prompt writing skills and ability to guide AI effectively- Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, documentation and code review- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure code quality- Keeping up to date with evolving AI tools and applying them in development workflowsBuilding AI-Powered Features- Experience integrating LLM APIs into applications- Understanding of AI-driven workflows and agent-based systems- Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, semantic search or vector databases- Ability to evaluate AI outputs and design reliable user-facing features- Awareness of data privacy and security considerations when working with AINice to Have- Azure AI services and monitoring tools- CI/CD pipeline experience- Experience in healthcare or regulated environmentsWho You Are- You write clean and maintainable code- You take ownership and deliver end-to-end- You focus on building rather than discussing- You are curious, proactive and open to continuous learningIf you enjoy building real products and working with modern technologies, we would be happy to hear from you.
