* Supervise the pre-liquidation of salaries and the impact on earnings.
* Manage the process of registering and terminating employees.
* Actively participate in improving processes across the area.
* Collaborate with external entities/suppliers.
* Prepare reports and presentations required by management or other control areas.
Requirements:
* Advanced student or graduate from related fields.
* 3 years of work experience in similar positions.
* Familiarity with Law 20,744 and its application.
* Knowledge about Category 4 earnings.
* Experience in service-oriented organizations.
* Excellent English language skills.
